Police Denies Yodi Prabowo's Clothes Have No Blood Traces

JAKARTA - Director of the Criminal Investigation Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Tubagus Ade Hidayat, has denied the assumption that Yodi Prabowo's father said that his son's death was not due to suicide because no blood was found on his clothes.

"There is a lot of blood (in Yodi's clothes, red). There are a lot of pictures (blood marks, red)," said Tubagus, Monday, July 27.

According to him, the family distrusted this because they had never seen evidence or clothes directly. This is because investigators did not show it to the Yodi family on purpose.

The reason was to maintain the feeling of the family, who at that time was being hit because of the loss of their beloved child.

In fact, evidence of the bloodied clothing was presented when explaining the motive for Yodi's death by suicide on Saturday, July 25. It's just that, it is not shown directly because it is considered to create a cruel or sadistic impression.

"If it is shown that it is full of blood, it will be uncomfortable, not good, it looks cruel, violent, but if you say there is no (actually, ed) there is," he said

Previously it was reported that Suwandi, the father of Metro TV editor Yodi Prabowo, still did not believe the police finding that his son had died of suicide. He admitted that he was still awkward with that conclusion.

Because, until now the family has not been shown direct evidence. It is on this basis that he still doesn't believe it.

"No, no. Until now I have not been shown anything (evidence, red), only verbally," said Suwandi to VOI, Monday, July 27.

Yodi was found dead on Friday, July 10 on the side of the JORR Toll Road, Ulujami, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta. Yodi was found dead by suicide after three days of missing. The witness found Yodi's body wearing a green jacket, black pants, black sling bag, wearing shoes and still wearing a helmet.

From the results of the examination, Yodi died from stab wounds to his chest and neck. The Polda Metro Jaya forensic laboratory has examined the fingerprints and DNA on a knife found around Yodi's body. From the results of the examination, it was found that only the victim's fingerprints and DNA were found on the knife.
