The Head of PolrestabesP alembang Kombes Irvan Prawira Satyaputra said the two perpetrators were arrested by the special criminal unit of the Palembang Police on Jalan Palameswara, Ilir Barat 1 District, Palembang, last Wednesday, October 20.
