"We are still looking for other perpetrators, we are still conducting a sweep. Our perpetrators imposed Article 365 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 35 of the Criminal Code for attempted fraud," he said.
When found, LN admitted his actions, he said he had a grudge against the victim because his motorbike had been damaged with a sharp weapon so that it had abrasions.
“My motorbike was damaged by the victim and his group. So I hold a grudge,” he said.
