PSI Officially Sends Viani Limardi Replacement Letter To DKI DPRD

JAKARTA - The chairman of the DPP of the Indonesian Solidarity Party, Isyana Bagoes Oka, said that his party has officially sent a letter of application for the interim replacement (PAW) for members of the DKI DPRD. This PAW letter will replace Viani Limardi with another PSI cadre in the DPRD.

“Today, we are officially submitting an interim change of members of the DKI Jakarta DPRD on behalf of Viani Limardi. The recommendation letter was submitted directly by the Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPW PSI and addressed to the leadership of the DKI Jakarta DPRD," said Isyana in a statement, Thursday, October 14.

Isyana said that the submission of PAW's recommendation letter is a form of guarding PSI to its cadres to be faithful in attending and working for the people, as well as guarding its legislative members so that they are always honest representatives of the people to protect people's money.

"We hope that the leadership of the DKI Jakarta DPRD can process the dismissal of Sis Viani and appoint her replacement according to the applicable regulations," said Isyana.

As is known, Viani has been fired from PSI cadres through a dismissal letter issued on September 25, 2021.

After the letter of dismissal has been received by the DPRD, the Chairperson of the DKI DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, will send a letter to the Regional General Election Commission (KPU) of the DKI Jakarta Province.

Later, Prasetyo will write to DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan for the interim replacement (PAW) of DPRD members. Then, Anies will write to the Minister of Home Affairs to issue a decree (SK) to change his board members.

When the letter of dismissal has been received by the DPRD, the Chairperson of the DKI DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, will send a letter to the Regional General Election Commission (KPU) of the DKI Jakarta Province.

After that, Prasetyo will write to DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan for the interim replacement (PAW) of DPRD members. From there, Anies will write to the Minister of Home Affairs to issue a decree (SK) to change his board members.
