JAKARTA - Member of the Jakarta DPRD Deliberative Body (Bamus) from the PSI faction, Anggara Wicitra Sastroamidjojo, admitted that his party had once again held a Bamus meeting to reschedule the plenary meeting of the proposed Interpellation Rights for Formula E.
However, unfortunately, the Bamus members who attended the meeting were only 2 factions, namely PDIP and PSI. Meanwhile, there are no Bamus Members from 7 factions who reject the interpellation.
Thus, until now the plenary interpellation has not been rescheduled by the DKI DPRD.
"Yesterday, we had the agenda through the Bamus corridor, but only 2 factions came. So we have to reschedule the Bamus," Anggara said when contacted, Tuesday, October 12.
Anggara admitted that he did not know when the Chairman of the Bamus of the DKI DPRD as well as the Chair of the DKI DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, would reschedule the Bamus meeting again. "There is no further information yet," he said.
Anggara admitted that he was surprised why the Gerindra, Golkar, Democrat, Nasdem, PAN, PKS, and PPP-PKB factions were reluctant to attend the Bamus meeting which determined the schedule for the interpellation plenary meeting.
In fact, according to him, the DPRD's interpellation on Formula E was only a simple forum by asking the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan to respond to a number of questions.
"So actually the right interpellation is very, very light that we use and is far from being political because the results are only recommendations. It's different if we apply for inquiry rights," explained Anggara.
For information, the Chairman of the DKI DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, who is from the PDIP faction, held a plenary meeting for the Interpellation of Formula E on September 28 last. Unfortunately, the plenary session had to be postponed because it did not meet the quorum.
The meeting only presented 32 members of the DKI DPRD, consisting of 25 members of the PDIP faction and 7 members of the PSI faction. Thus, this meeting did not meet the 50 percent attendance quorum + 1 DPRD member or as many as 54 council members.
This is because the other seven factions have firmly stated that they will not participate in the interpellation plenary meeting. In fact, they reported Prasetyo to the Honorary Board of the DKI DPRD for holding a plenary meeting.
Thus, to be able to hold a plenary meeting again, the Jakarta DPRD Deliberative Body (Bamus) must re-schedule the interpellation plenary meeting with the same agenda, namely the explanation of the interpellation proposer. However, rescheduling in the Bamus meeting has not been determined.
After the agenda of explaining the interpellation proposers, the plenary agenda was continued with the agenda of the general views of the DKI DPRD factions regarding the interpellation proposal. Then, the third agenda is to make a decision whether the interpellation will be carried out or not.
