Police Check Haris Azhar This Week About Luhut, Lawyer Claims Not To Have Received Invitation

JAKARTA - Hariz Azhar's lawyer, Nurkholis Hidayat, said that he had not received an invitation letter for a clarification call from the police regarding the alleged defamation case against Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan. Although, the police had stated that the clarification process would take place this week.

"We haven't received the invitation letter yet," said Nurkholis to VOI, Monday, October 11.

In fact, Nurkholis also stated that there has been no communication from the police with him and his client. Either formally or informally.

Therefore, for now Haris Azhar will only wait for a letter of clarification from the Polda Metro Jaya to be received. If it has been accepted, the Executive Director of Lokataru will also comply with the invitation.

"Yes, of course (fulfill the call)," said Nurkholis.

Previously, the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said he would clarify Haris Azhar and Fatia Maulida. The plan, both will be questioned next week (this week).

"Hopefully it can be done next week. We will invite HA later," said Yusri, Monday, October 4.

"(FM) Yes. God willing, we will plan next week," continued Yusri.

Where, the video content is entitled 'There is Lord Luhut Behind Intan Jaya's Economic Relations-Military Ops, BIN General Also Exists'.
