Japek Toll Road Has Returned Smoothly After Calya's Car Rolled Over At KM 21 A

JAKARTA - The unfortunate fate of the Toyota Calya vehicle, which experienced a tire burst in the MBZ Jakarta - Cikampek (Japek) Elevated toll road area at Kilometer 21 A on Thursday, September 30, morning at around 06.55 WIB.

As a result, there was a total traffic jam in the elevated toll road area of the Jakarta – Cikampek toll road. Luckily, the incident did not result in any fatalities, only two victims were seriously injured.

"It's in the hands of officers. The condition of the MBZ elevated toll road has returned to normal, the car overturned due to a tire burst," explained PT Jasamarga's Cikampek (JJC) Operation Control Manager, Budi Idrial, Thursday, September 30.

Budi Idrial confirmed that the condition of the MBZ elevated toll road had returned to normal, because it had been handled by officers.

The overturning incident began when the vehicle came from the direction of Jaya10-8 Cikampek, upon arrival at the location, the right front tire burst.

“Continue to go out of control, swerve to the right and hit the median barrier. Then it reversed," he said.

"The final position of the KR is upside down with the two left wheels above facing west on L2," he continued.
