Police Will Be Questioned As A Suspect, Holywings Kemang Manager Had 'negotiable'

JAKARTA - The manager of the Holywings Kemang cafe with the initials JAS is scheduled to undergo an examination as a suspect in a health protocol violation. However, before the examination, there were negotiations.

"Today, JAS is the manager of Holywings for us to investigate as a suspect", said the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Yusri Yunus, to reporters, Wednesday, September 22.

However, the context of the negotiations is not a negative thing. But only related to the inspection time. This is because investigators have scheduled an examination of JAS at around 10.00 WIB.

But JAS could not fulfill it. So, asked the investigator to reschedule the examination.

"This morning at 10 o'clock the invitation, but the person concerned said he would attend but asked for the time to be extended at 14.00 WIB", said Yusri.

On the other hand, Yusri was reluctant to comment much when he was asked about the possibility of other suspects in the prokes violation case. He only stated that investigators are currently focusing on the JAS suspect.

"Later, we are still investigating. One of the suspects, the JAS brother, was the head of the manager there", said Yusri.

Previously, the manager of the Holywings Kemang Cafe, with the initials JAS, was named a suspect in a case of the alleged violation of the health procedure. The determination is based on sufficient evidence and the results of the trial.

"Based on the results of the investigation. After fingerprinting to investigating. One suspect with the initials JAS, the manager of Holywings has been named as a suspect", said Yusri.

With the determination of the suspect, JAS is suspected of under Article 216 and also 218 of the Criminal Code and Article 14 of the Indonesian Law concerning infectious disease outbreaks. However, JAS was not arrested.

The reason behind JAS not being detained was because investigators considered several things. One of them, the threat of imprisonment for this case is less than five years.
