Register For Marriage To Manage Divorce, Surabaya Residents Just Access The Lontong Kupang Application, ACO-ERI, And Troop Inspections

SURABAYA - Surabaya residents do not need to leave the house to take care of their marriage, whether it's a divorce case or a marriage register. Simply register through the Lontong Kupang, Sidak Troops, and ACO-ERI applications.

The application was just launched by the Surabaya City Government (Pemkot) through the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil), together with the Surabaya Religious Court (PA) and the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag). The launch of the service application was held at the Surabaya City Hall.

Through this collaboration, the City Government launched the Lontong Kupang service application, ACO-ERI, and Sidak Troops. The three services can be accessed through the web page: http://jasa-integration.disdukcapilsurabaya.id/. The service through the application aims to provide convenience of service, certainty of time, and low cost.

"Hopefully what we have done and synergized, can be useful for the community," said the Mayor of Surabaya, Eri Cahyadi, on the sidelines of the launch of the Lontong Kupang service application, Sidak Troops, and ACO-ERI.

Eri Cahyadi explained, Lontong Kupang is an online and integrated service application through the One Gate System between Disdukcapil, Religious Courts, and the Ministry of Religion. Through this application, residents can take care of the judiciary regarding their marriages that have not been officially reported to the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) and Disdukcapil. Residents simply register through the application.

"Then, they will get a notification of the schedule for the implementation of the marriage isbat, which will be carried out at the District Office according to their domicile. In one trial they can immediately get everything, ranging from marriage books, marriage certificates, changes in family card status (KK), and changes in ID card status. So, people don't have to go back and forth and spend a lot of money," he said.

In addition, continued Eri Cahyadi, residents can also access a lawsuit registration service or divorce application through the "ACO-ERI" application. Namely, an online e-court registration application center that is integrated with PA Surabaya. Meanwhile, the application titled "Team Inspection" is a Population Data Integration System for the Surabaya Religious Court & the Population and Civil Registration Service.

"Residents can register cases of divorce, divorce, change of name in the marriage book, and many other integrated service programs," he said.

He hopes that through this service it will be easier for residents to register cases at a low cost. In fact, registration can be done independently, without having to use a companion service. "If they want a trial, they can also register at the Kelurahan Office. There are officers there who will help. There is no need to go to the PA office, to avoid meeting the wrong person. We are tasked with interrupting the process," he said.
