JAKARTA - The Regent of North Morowali (Morut), Central Sulawesi, Dr. Delis Julkarson Hehi reminded civil servants (PNS) to be the glue and unifier, not even provocateurs, let alone divide the unity between nations and residents in the area. A civil servant who breaks unity even acts like a provocateur, so in fact he does not deserve the status of a civil servant," he said in North Morowali, reported by Antara, Friday, September 10. state and loyal to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). Dr. Delis emphasized that he did not want to hear anymore, let alone until he found out that there were civil servants who made it difficult for the community to manage anything in all regional apparatus organizations (OPD) within the Morut Regency Government. "The mentality of 'if you can make it difficult, why make it easy' must be changed and eliminated in the minds of all civil servants in Morut.
