After securing perpetrator Y, said the Police Chief, his staff carried out the following developments to secure other perpetrators who had fled, then arrested a trafficker and secured six stolen motorcycles.
"Y and I are pickers or those who steal motorized vehicles, while R is a collector of stolen goods," he said.
The police chief said that the perpetrator was a recidivist who had stolen motorbikes dozens of times in Garut and other areas.
The perpetrator is now detained at the Garut Police Headquarters. He was charged with Article 365 of the Criminal Code with a penalty of seven years in prison.
