Free From Prison, German Caucasians Deported From Bali And Denied From Entering Indonesia Again

DENPASAR - Immigration Office Denpasar, Bali deported Caucasians from Germany, Tim Dielenschneider (29). German Caucasians are also prevented from entering Indonesia.

The head of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkum HAM) of Bali Province, Jamaruli Manihuruk explained, the foreigner was deported for violating Article 75, Paragraph (1) of Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration.

"Foreigners who carry out dangerous activities and should be suspected of endangering security and public order or not respecting or disobeying the laws and regulations are subject to immigration administrative measures in the form of deportation and deterrence," said Jamaruli, Thursday, September 2.

Jamaruli explained that the Caucasians from Germany were narcotics convicts. He was imprisoned in Kerobokan Prison and Bangli Bali Rutan for 4 years.

"On May 27, 2020, the person in question received parole (PB) and underwent the guidance process at the Balai

Class I prison in Denpasar for 1 year 3 months 4 days," he added.

After undergoing the guidance process at the Denpasar Class I Penitentiary, on August 31, the German foreigner was handed over to the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Denpasar for deportation.

"The person concerned finally departed on Wednesday September 1 through Soekarno Hatta International Airport at 21.05 WIB with flights TK57 and TK1523 to Jakarta-Istanbul-Germany," said Jamaruli.
