Several BOR In Jakarta Hospital Drops By 17 Percent, Deputy Governor Says COVID-19 In DKI Drops Drastically

JAKARTA - Until now the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) in Jakarta Hospital has been at 17 percent. This means that the number of COVID-19 cases in DKI Jakarta continues to decline compared to the previous few months.

"Alhamdulillah, now our ICU room has gone down again, the bed occupancy rate (drill) has also decreased, now there are 17 percent left and the ICU is only 35 percent", said Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta, Ahmad Riza Patria, to VOI while visiting the closing of the vaccination center in Rawasari Village, Cempaka Putih, Sunday, August 29.

Deputy Governor Riza Patria said, with the decrease in the Hospital BOR, it means that there will be no long queues of COVID-19 patients, which had occurred when COVID-19 cases experienced a spike a few months ago. Ariza is grateful that Jakarta can go through this difficult phase.

"There are no long queues in the halls of the emergency room, this is a good sign and this is thanks to the support of the community, the Indonesian National Police, the Indonesian National Police, and all those who have helped", he said.

Even so, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government continues to accelerate vaccination. Even the vaccine target of 8.8 million has now reached 9.6 million vaccines. This means that the DKI Provincial Government's vaccine target has exceeded the target.

"Currently, the second vaccine has 5.4 million. So the total dose I and II in DKI Jakarta has reached 15.1 million and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has increased the target to 11.4 million", he said.
