"When these inmates are free, they must be able to change, no longer fall into crime," he said.
Yohanis also advised the students who were incarcerated that after being released or the prison term was over, they would continue to worship and behave well in the general public.
"I hope they will only be bright, and have love according to the teachings of the Bible. Deepen the religious knowledge that is in the Bible," he added.
