Ryan Jombang To Convict Bahar Smith Of Persecution

JAKARTA - The convict in the murder case of Very Idham Henyansyah aka Ryan Jombang will criminalize preacher Bahar Smith in the aftermath of a dispute that occurred at the Class IIA Special Penitentiary Gunung Sindur, Bogor. The conviction was due to an alleged crime of assault.

"Today we come to the Criminal Investigation Unit, we bring our existing evidence, we show it to our fellow investigators, the Integrated Police Service Center, Criminal Investigation Agency Headquarters", Ryan's lawyer, Benny Daga told reporters, Thursday, August 19.

However, the report was delayed. Because, after consulting the Criminal Investigation Department suggested to complete the evidence. So, the report can be accepted.

"Then friends from the Criminal Investigation Agency Headquarters advised us to add some more evidence. Later after we return home, we will discuss with Rian, what the additional evidence looks like", said Benny.

"If additional evidence, as recommended by Criminal Investigation Agency Police, is completed, we will come and submit it so that the process can continue", he continued.

So far, some of the evidence attached is a photo of Ryan's condition after the dispute. Where his face is called full of wounds.

"(Evidence) Photos, video recordings. The photo has a photo of his face (Ryan) which is gone. Then his hands are cut with scars", said Benny.

Previously reported, Ryan Jombang was involved in a dispute with Habib Bahar bin Smith. The dispute between the two was due to a misunderstanding.

"It's just a personal problem that can happen to anyone and anywhere, including in prisons", said Head of Class IIA Gunung Sindur, Mujiarto.

However, Mujiarto ensured that the two prisoners were in good condition at this time. Habib Bahar and Ryan Jombang have also agreed to make peace.

"It has been resolved peacefully", said Mujiarto.
