Father In Buleleng Harasses His Son, After 4 Years His Lecherous Actions Have Just Been Exposed

BULELENG - A man with the initials NS (47) was arrested by Polres Buleleng, Bali, for sexually abusing his biological child.

"The victim was molested when he was 15 years old, now he is 19 years old. He was molested when he was alone at home," said Head of the Public Relations Subsection of the Buleleng Police, Iptu Gede Sumarjaya, Wednesday, August 18.

The sexual abuse has occurred since October 2017. The perpetrator forced his son to obey his depraved act.

"The incident took place from October 2017, until the incident was reported (the victim) in August 2021. Every time the perpetrator did something he always threatened the victim and persuaded the victim to obey the perpetrator's wishes," he added.

After 4 years, the victim then reported to the Buleleng Police. The police arrested the perpetrators in Buleleng.

"From the results of the interim interrogation, the perpetrator confirmed that he had sexual intercourse with the victim who is his biological child since October 2017 and the last time the perpetrator had sexual intercourse with the victim was on Friday, August 13, 2021," said Sumarjaya.

The perpetrator was charged with Article 81 paragraph (2) of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. The maximum penalty is 15 years in prison.
