JAKARTA - The case of the persecution of Yustus Corwing Rahakbau (Nus Kei) and the destruction of a house on the Cluster Australia Boulevard, Cipondoh, Tangerang, were masterminded by a group chaired by John Kei. The trigger was said to be related to family problems.

"There was an order from John Kei to his members, an indicator of the evil consensus of planning the murder of Nus Kei and ER or YDR. There was a division of duties or their roles to plan NK targets then EDR," said Nana.

Execution

John Kei's men, numbering dozens of people, began to carry out the action according to the plan. Their target was to find the whereabouts of Yustus or Nus Kei.

Nus Kei was found at around 11.30 WIB, at the ABC junction, Jalan Kresek Raya, Kosambi, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. When they met Nus, John Kei's men immediately attacked and persecuted her. Nus died with stab wounds all over her body.

"This group left and will return, where they brutally damaged the housing gate and fired seven shots. This resulted in the security being hit and Ojol being shot in the big toe of the right foot," said Nana.

For the actions of the perpetrators, they were charged with layered articles, including Article 340 of the Criminal Code concerning premeditated murder and Article 170 of the Criminal Code concerning beatings.
