MUKOMUKO - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Mukomuko District Police, Bengkulu, arrested a young man with the initials HN for allegedly taking away a 15-year-old girl in Lingga Bayu District, Mandailing Natal District, North Sumatra.

"This is a case of abduction of minors. Based on reports from the victim's parents that their 15-year-old child has been kidnapped since July 14, 2021," said Mukomuko Police Chief, AKBP Andy Arisandi in a statement at Mukomuko, Antara, Thursday, August 12.

As a result of his actions, HN is threatened with being charged with Article 330 of the Criminal Code and Article 332 of the Criminal Code with a threat of seven years in prison and with Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection with a threat of 15 years in prison.
