ICW Claims To Have Replied To The Summons, Otto: Not True, We Did Not Receive A Reply

JAKARTA - Presidential Chief of Staff, Moeldoko, through his attorney, Otto Hasibuan, denied the statement by Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) which stated that he had replied to the summons he had sent. The reply letter has not yet been received.

"So we say that this is not true. Because we have never received a reply from Isnur or ICW", said Otto Hasibuan in an online press conference, Thursday, August 5.

If indeed ICW had replied to the summons a few days ago, surely the letter would have been received. But the fact is, none of the staff or himself has received the reply letter.

"If it had been submitted, we would have received it, if it is true, we asked for proof of receipt, who received it at our office", said Otto.

Therefore, Otto asked ICW to be honest. So, there is no more confusion about the reply letter.

"Therefore, I think, I ask ICW to be honest, is it true that the letter has been sent or not?", Otto said.

Previously, Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) stated that it had answered a summons from Moeldoko regarding the findings of the Ivermectin drug business. The reply letter contained a clarification that had been sent since Tuesday, August 3.
