This Afternoon The Fate Of Candy's Dinar Is Determined

JAKARTA - The police said they would hold a case in the alleged pornographic case by Dinar Candy. The aim is to determine the criminal element behind the case.

"Hopefully this afternoon we will hold a case to determine whether the elements in the alleged article are about pornography and the ITE Law," said Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Yusri Yunus, to reporters, Thursday, August 5.

The use of the ITE Law was due to the video showing pornography being uploaded through his personal Instagram account. Moreover, Dinar Candy himself uploaded the video.

"Because the person in question uploaded it on his Instagram, the DC sister's Instragram, later we will present it first whether it meets the elements, as well as the testimony of the existing witnesses that we collect," said Yusri.

Later, if the results of the case title are determined to meet the criminal element, then the status of the case will be upgraded from investigation to investigation. So, in this case, a suspect will be identified.

"If it fulfills the elements of suspicion in the ITE Law and also pornography, this will later go up to the level of investigation," said Yusri.

Previously, it was reported that Dinar Candy was arrested by the police following the action of wearing a bikini on the side of the road to protest the extension of the implementation of the Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). Because, the action was suspected of having pornographic elements.
