Jazilul Fawaid: The COVID-19 Pandemic Scenario Of Allah, Must Be Fight With Faith

JAKARTA - Deputy Chairperson of the MPR, Jazilul Fawaid, assessed that the COVID-19 pandemic is part of a test of the strength of human faith in Allah SWT to see the phenomenon of this disease from their respective perspectives. Moreover, the pandemic has hit the country for more than a year which has not yet been resolved. At least, there have been 3.5 million people infected with COVID-19 since the first case was announced in Indonesia in early March 2020, and 100,636 people died.

"Secular people see what corona is like, what kind of NU people are, but because I believe in my creed, faith in the qada and qodar of Allah SWT, then I really believe this is God's provision. And I know very well that God's provisions are made, there must be wisdom for humans," said Jazilul, Wednesday, August 4, night.

According to Jazilul, anyone may think that the COVID-19 pandemic is part of the global scenario. But keep in mind, he said, Allah's scenario is the highest scenario to test His servants.

"God makes scenarios on earth as an order and a test," he explained. Therefore, this PKB politician invites all levels of society that the COVID-19 pandemic must be fought and faced with the power of faith. Because according to him, all power and effort is from God. .

"This corona is actually a mirror for us to see how close we are to the maker of corona, the maker of this nature, and who made ourselves and the scenario. There is no power and effort other than Allah, laahaula walaaquwwata illaabillah," he said.
