Liquid Incentives, Banyuwangi Health Workers: Thank God I'm Happy, This Is A Work Whip Vitamin

BANYUWANGI - Good news for health workers in Banyuwang, East Java. Incentives for health workers began to be disbursed today.

One of the recipients, Yudo Budihariono (48), said he was happy with the liquidation of this incentive. Because he has not received the incentive since October 2020.

"Alhamdulillah, we are happy, this is what we have been waiting for, these are vitamins as a trigger for us to work in the field," said Yudo, a nurse at the Singotrunan Health Center, Banyuwangi, Friday, July 30.

Yudo doesn't know the amount of incentive he has received yet. However, incentives are usually adjusted to the number of patients served and their level of education.

"Sometimes Rp. 900 thousand a month, sometimes Rp. 1 million," said the man who has served as a nurse since 1998.

In addition, Yudo hopes that the COVID-19 pandemic will soon be over so that health workers can work normally without worry.

"Let's not make work too complicated. It's normal like before," he said.

Meanwhile, Banyuwangi Regent Ipuk Fiestiandani said the disbursement of incentives for 906 health workers was carried out per day with a total of Rp. 13.8 billion. This incentive is valid from October 2020 to March 2021.

The Ipuk Regent hopes that this incentive can be an encouragement to health workers.

"There are midwives, nurses, doctors and pharmacists," said Ipuk at the Singotrunan Health Center.

According to him, this budget comes from the refocusing of the APBD budget. The Ipuk Regent apologized for the late disbursement. This is because there is a procedure for disbursing the budget.

"Many thanks to the health workers who work hard, tirelessly in handling COVID-19," he said.
