KPK Examines Land Offering Price Through The Officials Of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya

JAKARTA - Investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) continue to investigate allegations of corruption in land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta in 2019. One of them is exploring the land bid price.

This deepening was carried out by examining the Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Denan Matulandi Kaligis, last Tuesday, July 27. He was examined as a witness for the suspect, former Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles.

"The person concerned was present and his knowledge was explored, among others, related to the negotiation of the land offer price in Munjul, Pondok Rangon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta City between PT AP and Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, which allegedly had an agreement to mark up," said Acting Interpreter. Speaking to the KPK on Enforcement Sector Ali Fikri to reporters, Wednesday, July 28.

The KPK has named four suspects in this case, namely Director and Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo namely Tommy Adrian and Anja Runtuwene, former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles, and Director of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Rudy Hartono Iskandar.

In addition, the KPK has also named PT Adonara Propertindo as a suspect in corporate corruption.

This case began when Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, which is a BUMD in the property sector, was looking for land in the Jakarta area to be used as a business unit or land bank. Furthermore, this regionally owned company cooperates with PT Adonara Propertindo which is also engaged in the same field.

As a result of this case, the state lost up to Rp. 152.5 billion. The anti-corruption commission suspects that the money from the alleged corruption was used to finance the personal needs of the suspects.
