"We have also visited his residence, only the person concerned has not returned home since the incident," said Rico.

Rico explained the modus operandi allegedly carried out by the perpetrators was to ask for money from truck drivers transporting cement from Semen Padang.

If the driver does not give money, he continued, the perpetrators will be threatened with violence.

He emphasized that his party will continue to hunt down the perpetrators and take action because his actions have disturbed the community.

Previously, a truck driver was attacked by thugs in the Indarung area, Padang. Not only was the driver smacked, the driver also appeared to have been beaten several times.
