Oxygen Aid From Singapore Will Come On July 14

JAKARTA - Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi said Indonesia would receive oxygen assistance from Singapore. The aid will arrive on July 14.

"Today, support from Singapore by sea has departed from Singapore. According to the plan, it will arrive at Tanjung Priok port on July 14, which will include oxygen concentrate and oxygen cylinders", said Retno in a virtual press conference, Sunday, July 11.

So far, said Retno, various offers of support have been received from other friendly countries, namely in the form of ventilators, oxygen concentrate, medicines, and other medical equipment.

The Australian government's cooperation support in the form of 1.000 ventilators has arrived just before midnight, Friday, 9 July 2021, in Indonesia.

In addition to ventilators, Australia will also send 2.5 million doses of vaccines, oxygen concentrators, oxygen cylinders, antigen test kits, and other medical equipment in stages.

Two days ago, some of the cooperation support from Singapore has also arrived in the form of ventilators, oxygen cylinders, and other medical equipment. In addition, some oxygen concentrators have also arrived from Singapore.

"Our appreciation for the cooperation support provided by Singapore and Australia. Solidarity, collaboration, and cooperation are the keys so that the world can immediately escape this pandemic together", explained Retno.
