JAYAPURA - The Jayapura City Police Team investigated a murder case that began with the rape of victim Srinawati (47 years old) in Argapura, South Jayapura District.
"The victim's body was found Friday morning (9/7) when witness Frans Fonataba passed by and saw that the window of the victim's house was open and damaged," said Jayapura City Police Chief Grand Commissioner Gustav Urbinas, quoted by Antara, Friday, July 9.
When he saw the condition of the window of the victim's house that was damaged, witness Frans told Killion Maniani that he was passing by.
