DEPOK - The village head of Pancoran Mas with the initials S has been named a suspect in the case of a crowd during a wedding celebration in Gang H Syuair, Mampang Village, Depok City, West Java.

Depok City Attorney General's Office Head Sri Kuncoro said the Depok District Attorney's Office had received SPDP Number B/194/VII/Res.1.24/2021/Reskrim of Depok Metro Police on behalf of suspect S.

The determination of S as a suspect was marked by the submission of a Notice of Investigation Commencement (SPDP) from the Depok Metro Police Satreskrim investigator to the Depok City District Attorney.

According to Sri Kuncoro, for the case of the celebration crowd, Pancoranmas Village Head S was charged with Article 14 of Law Number 4 of 1984 concerning Outbreaks of Infectious Diseases and/or articles 212 and 216 of the Criminal Code.

After receiving the SPDP, Kajari Depok will immediately appoint a public prosecutor (JPU) to handle this case.
