KPK Ultimatum Harry Tanoe's Brother Cooperative to Fulfill Call for Corruption Case for Distribution of Rice Social Assistance

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo alias Rudy Tanoe as President Director of PT Dosni Roha and also President Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik today.

KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said Bambang was summoned as a witness to the alleged corruption in the distribution of rice social assistance for the hope family program (PKH) even though he had the status of a suspect.

"The examination is scheduled at the Red and White Building of the KPK," Budi told reporters through his written statement, Thursday, August 6.

Rudy was reminded to fulfill the call of the investigators, continued Budi. Because, he had missed twice as a witness on August 14, 2025 and November 28, 2025.

"Considering that every witness's testimony will help the investigation process to uncover the construction of the case in its entirety, as well as the parties who have a crucial role in the construction of the case," said Budi.

As previously reported, the KPK has again investigated alleged corruption at the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos). A preliminary investigation order (sprindik) has been issued and the case is related to the distribution of social assistance (bansos).

The investigation has been underway since August this year and is an expansion of an earlier corruption case.

Three people have been named as suspects in this case, they are B. Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo as President Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik; Edy Suharto as former Director General of Social Empowerment of the Ministry of Social Affairs and now serving as a specialist staff of the Minister of Social Affairs in the field of Social Change and Dynamics and Kanisius Jerry Tengker who is the President Director of PT Dosni Roha Logistik in 2020-2022.

Then, the KPK also named two corporate suspects, namely PT Dosni Roha Indonesia and PT Dosni Roha Logistik. However, the official announcement of the suspects has not been made.
