JAKARTA - Under the supervision of Danantara, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk continues to strengthen its role as a people's economic driver through strengthening performance, sustainable business transformation, and commitment to creating added value for society and the country.

The Company's solid performance throughout 2025 is the foundation for BRI to again contribute significantly to the country through dividend distribution. In the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) 2026 held on Friday (10/4/2026), the Company set a total cash dividend distribution for the 2025 Book Year of IDR 52.1 trillion or IDR 346.00 per share.

The dividend distribution is based on the consolidated company's consolidated financial performance for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 of IDR 57.132 trillion, with total profit attributable to owners of the parent entity of IDR 56.65 trillion. This achievement once again places BRI as one of the largest dividend contributors to the country, reflecting the Company's ability to maintain long-term business growth.

This solid performance momentum continues until the beginning of 2026. In the first quarter of 2026, BRI managed to book consolidated net profit of IDR 15.5 trillion or grew 13.7% year-on-year (year-on-year/yoy). In terms of intermediation, credit disbursement reached IDR 1,562 trillion or increased 13.7% yoy, while Third Party Funds (DPK) were recorded at IDR 1,555 trillion or grew 9.4% yoy.

BRI officially distributed a jumbo dividend from the 2025 financial year with a total of Rp52.1 trillion. This value is the highest dividend in BRI's history, while reaffirming the Company's consistency in maintaining profitability, creating value for shareholders, and making a real contribution to the national economy.

2. BRIvolution Reignite Transformation

Under the leadership of President Director Hery Gunardi, BRI has set up the BRIVolution Reignite transformation program which is designed to strengthen the business foundation, increase efficiency, and ensure that BRI remains relevant and competitive in the midst of changes in the economic and technological landscape. In the first quarter of 2026, CASA BRI grew 13.2% yoy to IDR 1,058.6 trillion, pushing the CASA ratio to 68.07% and lowering the cost of funds (CoF) to 2.3% from 3% in the same period last year. The improvement in the funding structure was supported by increased transactions through BRImo, Qlola by BRI, Business Merchant, and QRIS BRI, which also strengthened the Company's funding efficiency.

5. Largest BRI KUR, Distribution Reaches Rp84.36 Trillion

From January to May 2026, the realization of the distribution of BRI KUR has reached Rp84.36 trillion or 46.87% of the total allocation in 2026 of Rp180 trillion. The majority of the distribution flows into the productive sector with a share of 67.18%, while the agricultural sector is the largest contributor with financing of Rp35.91 trillion, reaffirming BRI's position as the largest KUR distributor in Indonesia and a supporter of the Government's Asta Cita.

6. Strengthen Access to People's Housing, Distribution of KPP BRI Reaches Rp9.5 Trillion

BRI's commitment to supporting the national housing sector is reflected in the distribution of Property Ownership Loans (KPP) which as of May 31, 2026 has reached IDR 9.5 trillion to 68,212 debtors. In line with the high financing needs of the community, the Company also increased the allocation of KPP in 2026 from IDR 8 trillion to IDR 12 trillion, while reaffirming BRI's position as the bank with the largest distribution of KPP in Indonesia.

7. DNA of Citizenship Remains Strong, BRI Consistently Strengthens the Empowerment of MSMEs and Villages

The Company's commitment to the people's economy is also realized through the empowerment of MSMEs and the development of the village ecosystem. To date, BRI has nurtured 5,245 BRILiaN Villages, serving 15.6 million LinkUMKM users, and developing more than 43 thousand business clusters through the Klasterku Hidupku program to strengthen the capacity of people's business actors to be upgraded sustainably.

8. BRI Group Kian Solid, Subsidiary Entities Contribute 25.1% of Consolidated Profit

Under Danantara's supervision, the strengthening of the BRI Group ecosystem is reflected in the contribution of subsidiaries which, as of the end of the first quarter of 2026, posted a profit of IDR 3.89 trillion, or equivalent to 25.1% of BRI's consolidated net profit. This achievement confirms the increasingly strong role of subsidiaries in supporting the group's performance while strengthening the Company's business structure to be more diversified and resilient.
