Novelino explained that in the 2023 fiscal year, the East Kolaka Regency Government allocated a BTT budget of Rp. 10.91 billion, of which Rp. 4.31 billion was realized by the local Housing, Settlement Areas and Land Agency to carry out 12 self-management activities to rehabilitate houses for victims of natural disasters.

Based on the results of the investigation, the prosecutor's team found evidence of illegal acts in the implementation of the activity.
