Previously, ANTARA's monitoring at the location at 09.25 WIB, the evacuation stairs had been installed in stages from the ground floor to the sixth floor of the building, and one by one the trapped residents were lowered.
Residents who were evacuated were tied with ropes so that they would not fall down the stairs.
