He said a total of 84 departure and return flight groups (clusters) came from three embarkations, namely Banten, Jakarta-Bekasi and Jakarta-Pondok Gede.

According to him, Terminal 2F which has an area of 27,418 square meters has been prepared with a service capacity of up to 6.1 million per year. Where, the facilities available include a waiting room with a capacity of up to 3,000 people, an integrated passenger service system, and a mosque with an area of 3,136 square meters which can accommodate around 800 people.
In addition, the Makkah Route service is back in operation to facilitate the pilgrims' travel process. Through this service, the Saudi Arabian immigration process is carried out before departure so that the waiting time when arriving in Saudi Arabia can be shorter.
"To support this service, 10 special counters are prepared in the sterile area of the terminal. All service flows are designed systematically, starting from the arrival of pilgrims at the airport, placement based on clusters, document inspection process, to departure to the plane," he explained.
