JAKARTA - The congregation crowded the implementation of the 1447 Hijriah Eid al-Fitr prayer held by Muhammadiyah residents at the Baitusy Syifa Mosque, Pondok Kopi Islamic Hospital, East Jakarta (Jaktim) on Friday morning.

The enthusiasm of the residents to perform the worship can be seen from the large number of worshipers spilling into the area outside the mosque.

"To pray in front of the mosque at the Islamic Hospital Pondok Kopi, thank God, it is crowded. The officers are also actively helping us fill the ranks. Because the congregation is crowded, they prepare the placement of the congregation to the front of the police post," said one of the congregation named Shinta (33) reported by ANTARA, Friday, March 20.

Shinta said that male worshipers could even use the sidewalk to continue the safes to the front so that all participants could still follow the congregational prayer in an orderly manner.

"This total congregation is very crowded, the safes are up to the highway. The sidewalk is safe, so it can be used by male worshipers to advance," said Shinta.

A similar thing was said by Salma (25) who was grateful to be able to carry out the Eid al-Fitr prayers this year smoothly and full of piety after undergoing fasting during Ramadan.

"Alhamdulillah the day we've been waiting for has arrived. There were so many people in the morning that we had to go to the highway," said Salma.

According to Salma, this year's Eid al-Fitr prayer is a special moment because she can carry it out with her husband.

"Alhamdulillah, it is more special because now the width, the prayer, is together with my husband. Insya Allah, blessed and healthy always," said Salma.

Since this morning, pilgrims have arrived and filled the area inside the mosque to the courtyard. In fact, because of insufficient capacity, the prayer line had to be extended to the sidewalk and part of the road around the location.

They wore their best clothes and brought worship supplies, such as prayer mats and prayer mats. The Khatib in the implementation of the Idul Fitri prayer was filled by the Head of the Muhammadiyah Central Leadership for Arts, Culture and Sports Education, Irwan Akib.

The atmosphere of togetherness and piety was evident, with the echo of takbir resounding to welcome the day of victory after undergoing fasting for a full month in the month of Ramadan.

Meanwhile, officers from the committee and local authorities also arranged the activities so that they could run smoothly and smoothly. Security and traffic management were also carried out to avoid congestion around the location.
