Project Manager of PT Buana Djaya Harapan, Agung, emphasized that his party immediately took firm action after the emergence of complaints.
"This problem is purely a miscommunication. As soon as there are objections from other residents, we immediately instruct the team to lift and dispose of the soil to the official disposal site," said Agung.
Current Condition: The Road is Clean Again
Agung ensured that the cleaning process had been completed by the sub-contractor workers. Currently, there are no more piles of excavated soil at the location and residents' road access has returned to normal.
