Maros Manpower And Transmigration Office Mediates The Issue Of 300 Lion Air Employees Cannot Get THR

MAKASSAR - The Manpower and Transmigration Office of Maros Regency helped mediate the issue of THR for 300 employees of PT Lion Air Group Makassar which had not been resolved.

"PT Lion Air Group Makassar's good faith in completing the completion of the granting of THR rights to 300 employees has not yet been realized, therefore we are helping to mediate," said Head of the Wages and Social Security Section, Maros Regency Manpower and Transmigration Agency, Yunus, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, June 2.

He said that previously the management of Lion Air Makassar had communicated with the Maros Manpower and Transmigration Office. They promised to return with a statement of THR payment agreement between management and employees.

But so far it has not been realized. The Head of the South Sulawesi Manpower Office, Andi Darmawan Bintang, asked the Maros Manpower Office to send a third letter to Lion Air.

"If there is no response, then the South Sulawesi Manpower and Transmigration Office will take over this case," he said.

The THR issue began on May 7 when an employee of PT Lion Air Group gave a report via WhatsApp, reporting his complaint along with hundreds of employees who were not given THR this year.

This was confirmed by one of the Lion employees who served at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport, Baharuddin.
