Currently, the two suspects are charged with Article 372 of the Criminal Code, 378 of the Criminal Code, and Article 345 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the crime of money laundering. They are also accused of Article 36 and 37 of Law number 7 of 2017 concerning Currency.
