KSP Moeldoko: Fate Of 51 Employees Not Passing TWK Becomes Internal Affairs Of The KPK And BKN B

JAKARTA - Head of the Presidential Staff Office, Moeldoko, stated that the fate of 51 Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) employees who did not pass the National Insight Test (TWK) and could not continue coaching was an internal matter for the KPK.

"It's an internal matter, the President's directive has been conveyed. The matter is from the leadership to the internal," Moeldoko told reporters after a meeting at Commission II DPR, Senayan, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, June 2.

Moeldoko explained that the fate of the 51 KPK employees who had been labeled red was not within the authority of the Palace. According to him, this is the authority of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN).

"Ask BKN. It's not at the Palace, BKN knows better," said Moeldoko.

Alluding to whether the Palace will summon the BKN to the KPK leadership in responding to the ongoing polemic, the former TNI commander explained that each institution has its own policy.

"No. That's it, the internal policies are in each ministry/institution," explained Moeldoko.

Moeldoko emphasized that BKN knew better about TWK's polemic views for KPK employees over status as ASN. Thus, the Palace will not summon the BKN or related agencies regarding this polemic.

"Yes, just ask BKN. He has a view that you don't know, just ask BKN," he said.
