On the other hand, the Head of the Muaro Jambi District Prosecutor's Office, Karya Graham Hutagaol, stated that the restorative justice approach was the most proportional value for this case.
"Based on expert opinion, this case is more appropriate to be resolved through RJ. We fully support it because this is the best means to restore the situation of the parties," he said.
Head of the Muaro Jambi Education and Culture Office, Kasyful Iman, said his party had long been trying to mediate. He said this peaceful settlement was in line with the direction of the Regent of Muaro Jambi.
