"The victim is known as M Irfan (13), a resident of Jalan Sekeluarga II, Pekauman. The victim was reported missing on Saturday (10/1) in the waters of the Martapura River," said SAR Mission Coordinator I Putu Sudayana in Banjarmasin, quoted by Antara, Monday.

He said that after intensive search efforts, the victim's body was finally found and evacuated on Monday morning.

"The victim was found about 200 meters downstream from the estimated starting point of the victim's drowning. His condition when he was found was dead," he said.

The victim's body was immediately evacuated and immediately taken to the funeral home to be handed over to the family.
