DENPASAR - Heavy rain accompanied by strong winds occurred in several areas of the island of Bali. It was reported that trees fell and lightning struck residents' houses.

Head of the Bali BPBD I Gede Agung Teja Bhusana Yadnya said that there were no reports of flooding entering the Bali BPBD.

"Until now, there have been no reports (regarding several flood points). However, we are still monitoring," said Agung Teja, Thursday, December 18.

Due to extreme weather, it was reported that trees fell in Badung. until the house was struck by lightning in Banjar Belulang, Badung.

Meanwhile, from the Badung Police report, a tree fell on a car.

Kasubsipenmas Sihumas Badung Police, Aiptu Ni Nyoman Ayu Inastuti, said the report was from a resident's house being struck by lightning.

"There were no casualties," he said.

Furthermore, a fallen tree hit the wall of a resident's house in the Uma Gunung neighborhood, Sempidi Village, Mengwi District, Badung.

"A fallen tree hit two cars in the parking lot and flooding in the basement of the Badung Regency Social Service, no casualties, losses of around Rp. 5,000,000," he said.
