JAKARTA - PT Folago Global Nusantara Tbk (IRSX) held the launch of AI technology at CGV Grand Indonesia. IRSX showcases its AI technology capabilities in producing micro dramas or short vertical films that are entirely produced by AI.

In addition, Folago also introduced a Smart Advertising solution that allows one video on social media to display different brands according to the target audience.

IRSX President Director Subioto Jingga explained that this innovation opens up new opportunities for efficiency and monetization amid the rapid consumption of short video content on platforms such as TikTok.

Through this step, he emphasized that IRSX is transforming into an artificial intelligence-based media and technology company.

According to him, with the development of Folago AI and Folago Pictures, the company is building an AI-based ecosystem of film production, content, and digital advertising designed for large-scale, fast, and scalable approaches that have the potential to change the landscape of the content and digital advertising industries in Indonesia.

Subioto said that the implementation of Folago AI has now surpassed the trial stage and has begun to have a real business impact.

He gave an example of the implementation of AI Commerce Folago, where a short TikTok video format with a yellow shopping cart feature was able to record a total GMV of around IDR 200 million in just one week, while proving the potential for more measurable monetization for brands.

Folago Pictures also introduced a short vertical micro drama trailer whose entire production process was carried out using AI.

The format is designed specifically for mobile consumption and quick distribution on social media, adapting to the preferences of an audience that increasingly prefers short and relevant content.

Folago Pictures director Zhafran explained that Folago AI technology allows film production to be carried out across countries without the physical presence of artists on the set.

"The process is quite simple using front, side, and back photos, as well as voice over, which is then fully processed by AI. This method allows production to be carried out in a much shorter time compared to conventional approaches," he said.

In addition, Folago Pictures is also developing AI Intellectual Property (IP) in the form of digital characters that can be strung together into a series of short dramas with natural brand integration in the storyline.

Through the AI Ad Replacement feature, the same video can display different brands based on the audience's location, thus enabling more effective implementation of Smart Ads based on geolocation.

Subioto explained that with the support of AI technology and cloud infrastructure, Folago now has a production capacity of around 1,000 to 2,000 AI-based videos per day for brand needs, digital campaigns, and live commerce.
