BKN Reveals TWK Indicators Cause 51 KPK Employees Fired

JAKARTA - The State Staffing Agency (BKN) revealed there are a number of aspects in the Assessment of National Insight Test (TWK) which is a condition of transfer of kpk employee status. This is why 51 KPK employees will be fired.

Head of BKN Bima Haria Wibisana said there are three clusters that become the determining aspect. The first cluster is the personal aspect of each employee undergoing assessment.

"Second is the aspect of influence, both influenced and influenced. And third, aspects of PUNP namely Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution and all derivatives of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, and the legitimate government," Bima said in a press conference held at the BKN Office, Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo, East Jakarta, Tuesday, May 25.

He explained from these three aspects, a total of 22 indicators. The first cluster weighs six indicators, the second cluster weighs seven indicators, and the third cluster weighs 9 indicators.

"Well, for the PUNP aspect it's a dead price. So there can be no adjustment of that aspect," he said.

Bima then mentioned, dozens of employees whose aspects of PUNP negative can no longer be saved. Including by running coaching or training.

But, for other employees who are considered positive but negative punp aspects in two other aspects then it can still be done coaching.

"So out of the 75 people (who did not qualify TWK), 51 people concern aspects of PUNP and not only that, there are three negative," he said.

"Well, the 24 PUNP is clean... They can still be included in the training of state defense and national insight where the place will be determined later," added Bima.

Previously reported, KPK has held a coordination meeting to discuss the fate of 75 employees who failed the National Insight Test Assessment (TWK) and were disabled. In addition to the KPK and the State Personnel Agency (BKN), the meeting was also attended by Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna Laoly and MenPANRB Tjahjo Kumolo.

As a result, 51 KPK employees out of a total of 75 employees who did not qualify TWK were confirmed fired from their jobs. While 24 employees are still possible coaching.

The National Insight Test (TWK) was attended by 1,351 KPK employees. Of these, 1,274 were declared eligible.

Meanwhile, 75 employees including Novel Baswedan, Chairman of kpk employee container who is also an investigator Yudi Purnomo, Director of Socialization and Anti-Corruption Campaign KPK Giri Suprapdiono, Kasatgas KPK Harun Al-Rasyid, and Director pjkaki Sujarnarko declared ineligible (TMS). Next, two other employees were not present in the interview.
