Shell Super Is Back At Gas Stations, Distribution Begins In Jakarta, Banten, And West Java

JAKARTA - Shell Indonesia officially announced that fuel oil (BBM) type Shell Super gasoline is now back available on the Shell Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) network.

Citing the company's official website, Shell Super type fuel is now available at gas stations in the DKI Jakarta, Banten, and West Java areas. The price of Shell Super fuel also increased to Rp13,000 per liter from the previous Rp12,680 per liter as of December 1, 2025.

"Thank you for waiting for Shell's gasoline again. Shell Super is starting to be available again at the Shell gas station," wrote Shell Indonesia in its official announcement quoted on Sunday, December 7.

In addition, the supply of diesel products for Shell V-Power Diesel and Shell Select services is also available. In addition, Shell gas station workshops, in Shell Select, Shell gas station workshops, and Shell Recharge continue as usual.

For your information, the supply of fuel at private gas stations was previously disrupted since the end of August 2025 after the import quota of fuel for business entities ran out. The government also encourages private gas stations to take the supply of basefuels from Pertamina so that fuel services return to normal.

Shell Indonesia responded to this step through cooperation in procuring fuel with Pertamina Patra Niaga as many as 100,000 barrels to maintain the continuity of supply.
