Pramono Promises To Disburse The Red Land Arrangement Special Budget

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung admitted that he would allocate a special budget to organize Tanah Merah Village, North Jakarta, which has now changed its name to Tanah Harapan.

However, Pramono did not explain how much the budget portion would be disbursed in the DKI Jakarta APBD and its implementation time. This was revealed by Pramono after officially changing the name of the village that had been facing the agrarian conflict.

"Since today, Kampung Harapan will have direct access to get the Jakarta APBD. Yes, of course with the APBD, not now. Later, the DKI Government will distribute it," said Pramono at the location, Tuesday, November 18.

Based on the data collection, Tanah Harapan includes six RWs spread across three sub-districts and two sub-districts, namely RW 08, 09, 10, and 11 in Rawa Badak Selatan Village, Koja District; RW 07 in Tugu Selatan Village, Koja District; and RW 22 in Kelapa Gading Barat Village, Kelapa Gading District.

From the name change of this area, Pramono promised to organize infrastructure in Tanah Harapan in the form of road construction, channels, gates, vertical gardens, PAM networks, lighting lights, and installing sheet piles. Where, some areas have not been touched by physical development.

"There are 3 RWs whose construction has never been touched so far and for that we will prioritize in 2026 to repair waterways, rearrange roads, provide signs of gate gates, and so on," explained Pramono.

This name change is also accompanied by the opening of access to social services. Government assistance, which previously could not be distributed as a whole, can now be provided without administrative restrictions.

"So that matters related to social assistance owned by the DKI Jakarta Government can now be fully carried out here, including KJP, KJMU, then bleaching diplomas, legal assistance posts, the establishment of the Red and White Cooperative, and so on, "explained Pramono.

"For that, there is no need for changes or new administrative completeness. Everything is the same," he continued.
