Police Will Check The Brother Of The Delta Spa Therapist Who Died In South Jakarta

South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly said his party would examine FR, the older brother of the late RTA, a female therapist who was found dead on an empty land in Pejaten, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, on Thursday, October 2, for Restorative Justice (RJ).

"Yes, we have tried (to come to FR) to conduct an examination. So just wait, we will definitely do our best. We will work professionally and proportionally," he said when confirmed by the media, Thursday, November 6, 2025.

He said that legally his party would stick to the rules and SOPs that apply to the police. According to him, the assessment will be carried out after maximum efforts are made by investigators and investigators to determine whether the case is feasible or not to be restorative justice (RJ).

"We will assess later when the investigators and investigators have made maximum efforts, then we will carry out the next stages, whether it is appropriate or not, RJ is worthy," he said.

Nicolas admitted that he had sent a summons to FR, but the person concerned could not attend because he was sick.

"It's actually been once, the person concerned has confirmed to us that he is still sick. So, we are waiting until the person concerned recovers," he said.

Nicolas explained that the brother of the late RTA had withdrawn his report on October 13, 2025. This is based on a peace agreement between the family and Delta Spa, where RTA works.

"On October 13, the reporter sent a letter of revocation of the report because there had been a peace agreement between the reported party who used the services of his sister and the victim, in this case the parents and their brothers," he explained.

Furthermore, Nicolas revealed that until now the results of the autopsy, toxicology, and digital forensic RTA have not been released from the forensic laboratory of the National Police Hospital. Thus, his party is still waiting for confirmation of the cause of death of the young therapist.
