BNN RI Still Develops A Number Of Drug Dealers Arrested In Kampung Bahari

JAKARTA - Director of Enforcement and Pursuit of BNN RI, Brigadier General Roy Hardi Siahaan, emphasized that his party is still developing a number of drug dealers arrested in Kampung Bahari, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.

"So far we have secured several people, they are in development. Currently we will develop them. Is the classification of this person as a user or as a dealer," said Brigadier General Roy, Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

He said that the Indonesian National Narcotics Agency and the National Police continued to take firm action against the increasingly massive circulation of narcotics in Kampung Bahari, North Jakarta.

"We together with the National Police take action against activities carried out in the Kampung Bahari area," he said.

"So this is an order from the Head of the Indonesian National Narcotics Agency together with the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit, conveying an activity to take action against several points that are allegedly in areas prone to drugs. Now the current point is Kampung Bahari," he added.

A number of evidences from the raid are still classified by the joint apparatus.

"We are currently identifying and classifying the evidence at the crime scene and the evidence in the dealer," he said.

However, the Indonesian National Narcotics Agency has not found any new types of narcotics in the narcotics raid in the Kampung Bahari area, North Jakarta.

"If we look at the results of the interrogation of several suspects and witnesses. So the modus operandi is that everyone who is present there is invited to enter. Then inside they ask to try or buy goods from the results they have prepared for the spaces at the location," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the headquarters for drug trafficking in the Kampung Bahari area, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, was raided by joint police from BNN RI and Brimob Polda Metro Jaya on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

18 dealers and users consisting of 17 men and 1 woman were arrested along with evidence.
