JAKARTA - The National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of West Java Province (West Java) said that the beneficiaries of the Free Nutrition Food Program (MBG) for the 3B group (Bumil, Busui, and Toddlers) had reached 215,057 people during the one year implementation of the program.

Dadi explained that the implementation of the MBG Program involved around 110 thousand Family Assistance Teams (TPK) and 753 Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG) serving 3B groups throughout West Java.
According to him, in contrast to MBG in educational institutions whose distribution is directly to schools, MBG for 3B groups is carried out directly to beneficiaries through a mentoring mechanism in the field.
