Batam Immigration is also still examining three Chinese citizens from PT Elul who are suspected of working not according to their residence permit. "We will increase the MP to the investigation stage for violating Article 119 of Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration which has been amended by Law Number 63 of 2024. The penalty is one year in prison and / or a fine of Rp. 100 million, "explained Hajar.
