Dek Gam explained that the cases of the inactive council members were registered with Number 39/PP/IX/2025, 41/PP/IX/2025, 42/PP/IX/2025, 44/PP/IX/2025, and 39/PP/IX/2025. Dek HAM said the case met the requirements to be followed up.
"Responding to the provisions of the MKD Certificate," said Dek Gam.
Dek Gam said the decision to hold a trial for the case was taken in an internal meeting held on Wednesday, October 29.
He revealed that the meeting discussed the progress of the complaint that was submitted to the MKD and an official letter from the party concerned, thus requiring follow-up.
"The meeting is closed with the affirmation that the MKD will continue to carry out its constitutional duties," said Dek Gam.
