1,800 Joint Personnel Keep Persib Kontra Matches Exactly At GBLA Tonight

The Bandung City Police (Polrestabes) deployed 1,800 joint personnel to secure the Super League match between Persib Bandung and Persis Solo at the Bandung Lautan Api Stadium (GBLA), Bandung City on Monday 27 October night.

Bandung Police Chief Kombes Pol Budi Sartono revealed that his party had coordinated with relevant agencies to implement security schemes.

"We have also carried out security as yesterday against Selangor FC, we have prepared approximately 1,800 members," Budi said when confirmed in Bandung, confiscated by Antara.

Budi stated that his party had also carried out insulation in ring three of the spectators who did not have tickets, carrying sharp weapons, flares or liquor to the stadium area.

He added, based on the information received, the match will be attended by around 10,000 Persib Bandung supporters, namely Bobotoh, who will fulfill the GBLA Stadium.

"Later we will carry out checks and we will secure them if there are people or Persib fans who carry dangerous items," he said.

Furthermore, he said that in this match supporters from Persis Solo were not allowed to enter the stadium area. The policy refers to the rules from PSSI prohibiting supporters of the visitors from attending away matches.

"So that's the partition, apart from blocking dangerous items, it will also block so that there are no opposing supporters who can enter the GBLA environment," he said.

Budi also appealed to Bobotoh not to bring prohibited items and maintain order during the match so as not to cause chaos that has the potential to cause casualties.

"Of course we will make sure this match doesn't bring flares, sharp weapons, liquor, including other dangerous things," he said.
